More great info from one of my favorite doctors! “Despite our love of BBQs, most people are aware that grilling food has health risks & can form carcinogenic chemicals, PAHs, when meat is cooked on the grill or at high temperatures. A recent study found that marinating meat in regular, non-alcoholic or dark ale beer 4 hours prior to cooking reduces PAHs in your barbequed food by more than half.
